Building alliances to benefit our customers
To bring more value to our customers, we actively seek to form strategic alliances with other businesses. Excedesoft invites all global and regional firms/agencies/consultants around the world to act as our partner and representative. The program will be customized based on the value that each partner brings to the relationship.
Excedesoft's partnership programs are aimed at creating mutually beneficial and rewarding relationships. We look forward to a long-term successful partnership program with entities with which we share a common vision. We believe that synergies can be reaped and business value maximized by working in tandem with each other towards the common goal of profitability.
Based on the nature of the relationship, there are two types of programs:
Our alliance partners will be the companies which will work with us closely by jointly selling custom software/web development solutions. The alliance will be aimed at increasing sales revenues to complementing each others capabilities and leveraging each other in the marketplace. We can jointly pitch for projects and execute it by sharing each others resources. The profits generated will be shared between the two companies as per the agreement that is signed at the start of the project. In this way we can synergies our operations and reap the benefits of working in synchronization with each other.
We plan to bring on board Business Associates (BA) which will be responsible for independently selling our custom software development and offshore development to corporate, government, start ups, small businesses, and academic institutions. The BAs may be located somewhere in US or any other country.
BA must demonstrate good knowledge of the local market and must have good contacts with enterprises in their cities.
